Almost all organisms living in the aquarium, ie fish, plants, bacteria, single-celled organisms, invertebrates, etc., use oxygen during cellular respiration. Söchting oxidizers bring the vital oxygen into your aquarium without consuming energy and without expelling carbon dioxide, thus ensuring a healthy aquarium climate.

On the one hand, the water quality for fish is improved by the supply of normal oxygen, as with any aerator, without expelling the carbon dioxide (CO2) that is important for plants. On the other hand, numerous toxins are rendered harmless solely by activated oxygen. Söchting oxidizers therefore enable a significantly higher fish population and a greatly reduced water change. The amount of oxygen released depends on the increasing demand of a living body of water as the temperature rises.
